Is Your Uniqueness Unbelievable To Some?

A funny thing happened to me once day, while I was sitting at the bus stop by my apartment. While I am only fluent in one language, I enjoy music in a variety of languages I don't yet understand. On this day I had downloaded some Romanian Folk Music by Maria Tanase, a well known Romanian singer of the 1930's to the 1960's.
Anyway, I was listening to my music on my headphones, and waiting for my bus to come, when a passerby asked me what I was listening to. I guess he was trying to make small talk, or something. Oh, how I loathe small talk! This is how the conversation went.
Him: What are you listening to?
Me: Romanian Folk Music.
Him: Oh, for F--- sake. I was just trying to be nice. You don't have to be a b---.
Without batting an eye I deactivated my bluetooth headphones, and activated the bluetooth speaker I hd in my computer bag. I turned it up, and let the music fill the bus kiosk.
Him: What the h--- is that?
Me: It's exactly what I said it was!
The look on his face was absolutely priceless!!!!
Has anything like this ever happened to you? How do people react when you tell them something thery really don't expect to hear?

Thank you. I think I embarrassed the living heck out of him! It was awesome. It didn't take much courage at all, and I refused to be offended by what he said. To be offended would have given him way too much power. Besides, had I reacted offended, I'd have totally missed the opportunity to make him completely regret his reaction. LOL
We have a bus driver here in town who is Romanian, and when I told him the story, he laughed hysterically.

@danishcanadian , Yes, I can understand the feelings of the Romanian Driver....I also enjoyed the complete narration!
