Time for me to head to bed. I think that after my walking and other activity today, plus taking the meds my health care provider told me to in the morning, I may sleep better tonight. Of course, it's only the first night I've tried what she and others have suggested, so I may not sleep as soundly as I think tonight, but I still think I may sleep a bit better. Time for me to get Angel a treat so that I can get in my bed before she gets on it again. Good night from here, and I will "see" you all sometime when it's tomorrow in California !
