Like a lot of girls, I have pain continuously for two or three days during my periods. I do not eat pain killer because the doctors refuse to eat a pain killer. Do you all have a pain during your periods?

@Starkinds Why would the doctors not give you painkillers? You're allowed to have certain painkillers during that time. A lot of boxes even state on the back that it can be used for periods. I don't understand why you can't have it over there. Doesn't make sense.

Not taking pain killers is her personal choice ,not something her doctor is prescribing. Almost everybody pops in a pain killer every now and then.I too consumed pills for years but have stopped now and that is also out of choice.

@Starkinds oh ok no worries. I've never heard about that before. Only I've known so many women who take pills every month and have managed to have many children. Just never heard of this before. @coolimrose Her post said "I do not eat pain killer because the doctors refuse to eat a pain killer." So I was under the impression that her doctor said she can't. I also did research and it's a gynaecologist in India who has said this. Jaya can do whatever she desires. I wasn't judging. I was just curious as I've never heard about this before!

@Starkinds I don't have a wife. I have a girlfriend. When she's in pain, I always comfort her, hug her, kiss her and tell her everything's going to be just fine. I love her. I hope you will find someone who can do the same thing for you Miss Singh...

I remember when as a 12 year old young girl i started to have m,y period i had bunked school on so many occasions and the pain was crazy, the heaviness was crazy. As time went it kind of got better but those days are sweaty dreaded.I advice you to have loads of water normal temperature, use cold or hot pack whatever suits you eat less spicy n less oily foods and try and stay away from sugar as much as possible. For some reason breathing exercises also help..Try it friend and see what helps you and do not take tension as that will worsen the case.

Yes, I did have pain. DonĀ“t take pain killer or aspirin when you have your mens as the aspirin will make you have a lot of blood and you might end up in the hospital.

i've read that bananas and peanuts are good to ease the pain during period, so maybe you could give it a try. you could put something warm on your stomach, that helps too.
