Yesterday, I harvest a Hazelnuts from our tree in our garden. I want to give it to my friends. They said they like Hazelnuts that's why I bring it for them. I have enough Hazelnuts here, Even it is too much for me. Did you know that Hazelnuts have a good benefits to our health? Like it has a vitamin E, healthful fat, protein, dietary fiber, etc.

Too bad they don't grow here but at least we have " kasoy" (cashew) and pili nuts.

you're so lucky to have a hazelnut tree. i have eaten them when we were gifted with packs of mixed nuts. thank you for sharing the picture. they remind me of chestnuts because of the shell. can you eat them after peeling them?

Yes you can eat directly after you peel off. Yes we are lucky here to have hazelnuts but sometimes it is too much.
