Stomach ache due to root beer

After tending the garden this morning, I drank a can of root beer. After that zI felt slight pain in my stomach like having gas trapped inside. I get relief when I burp. It is now early evening and the gas is still there. I don't think I can eat dinner.

It is possible you drank fast with air and all. That happens sometimes.
