It’s HIS fault, it’s MY fault

It was a busy day for your Yours Truly today. I did not mind the scorching heat of the sun just to complete the materials needed for the glass window installation. I bought it myself. I already inquired to one of the shops yesterday but I wasn’t able to make it ready today because the carpenter did not give me the exact measurements of the glass louvers. I tried to call the receptionist but all of my calls cannot be directed to the numbers I dialed.
I decided to visit the shop this afternoon but what’s bad is that they do not have the actual stocks of the frame and the glass louvers in their shop. It’s in their warehouse but no one is available to make the delivery because their delivery man was out-of-town. I need to wait until later this afternoon.
I went to another shop. I’m glad that I paid lower amount to the entire materials compared to the amount that I suppose to pay with the first shop. But it turned out to disappointment when I uncover the items because there’s one piece lacking in it. It maybe the fault of the salesperson preparing but I also admit that I have my fault as well because I did not make myself available to watch the items being packed. Instead I just stayed at the office of the cashier to avail the AC because it’s warm in the cutting area.
Now, I need to return to the shop tomorrow to make my complaint.
