Oatmeal cookies that are gluten free

Yesterday I made 2 dozen oatmeal cookies that are gluten free. They where pretty easy to make and didn’t take long to do either. The recipe I used actually makes 3 dozen cookies which was prefect gave me extra for my kids to eat at home. I was making 2 dozen from the Monster Mash which is today for the kids at school. I tend to take them every year. They need a bunch of treats made for the cake walk and the school knows not everyone likes cakes so it’s pretty much what ever treat you want to make or buy. I signed up for making gluten free cookies and oatmeal cookies are easy to make gluten free without too many ingredients. This one took 8 all together. Eggs, oats, baking powder, coconut flour, salt, vanilla extra, brown sugar and unsalted butter. We tasted them and they where good!
