Wait, what?
There is a National Day for Black Cats? Why? Don’t cats in general already have a day? Why do black cats need a freaking special day? Well then let’s find out why these black cats need a day to themselves!
In some areas I the world black cats are actually know as good luck, or gold fortune. In other places of the world they see black cats as bad luck. Black cats are unpopular due to the 17th centuries and witch crafts. Making these poor cats be associated with bag magic.
A day for these black cats is to bring light on the fact they are just cats and need loving too. They are know to be left behind where human society will have to put them down because nobody wants a black cat.
Honestly to me a cat is a cat it has nothing to do luck good or bad. Save a little creatures life.

I hate that there is still stigma over black cats. They are the most cuddly of their species usually, and also very sweet. My friend's black cat likes to be held like a baby and he loves forehead kisses. He will sometimes come up for pets bt you must be petting him non stop or he will leave. Black cats have such fun personalities.
I agree, cats are cats and black cats should not be feared.

I like all cats. I can’t have any but I like cats in general. Color or type doesn’t matter to me. I like all ferrets not one type is better then the other.

@ShyBear88 I have to admit that I like orange tabby's, calicos, tortoise shells, and tuxedo's the most , but if I could provide a home for any I would not be picky.
