cervical spondylosis

Cervical spondylosis ..

Since a week I couldn't drop by as I am a victim of this painful disease called cervical spondylosis... I was going through seiour neck and arm pain... I also visited my physician and now I am feeling much better... He also advised me to take rest and get maximum sleep. Any remedies for this painful disease?

No idea if this helps or not but there are excersises to help on You Tube. Sorry you are dealing with this kind of pain.
