Beto O'Rourke, the former representative from Texas, has announced he is dropping out of the race for the 2020 election.He has stated his campaign does not have the ability to progress fiurher.

Beto O'Rourke was never IN. He just had to come to that realization. I'm glad he finally saw the light. Not that I dislike the guy. I just figured he didn't have a chance. Now that Bloomberg is hinting that he might run, O'Rourke would have an even lesser chance. Might as well pull out now.

Well, there were so many in the Democratic debates they had them in several sessions.All were in at one time in the sense of actively campaigning to run for president.
