I’m making cookings!
Now who else wants some besides my kids and there teachers at school?
Thankfully the batch I make makes 3 dozen cookies so I’m being 2 dozen to the school and then another 1 dozen for my kids to eat.
Yum yum these coconut oatmeal cookies!

This reminds me of my mother when she would use the oven. I was her assistant and official "taster" of the baked goodies.

i love oatmeal and raisin cookies, but i think coconut oatmeal sounds really good. instead of coconut flour, can you use coconut flakes?

No you need coconut flour as the floured you could probably spin in the blender coconut flakes

You don’t noticed the coconut because there is more oatmeal. There is only 7 tablespoons of coconut flour and 3 cups of oat meal
