Dummy locked out

My husband came home from a 13 hour shift from the hospital. The first thing he said to me when he came in to our bedroom this morning was it’s been a bad day or wrong. 1 he forgot our older two where home and didn’t bring them breakfast but he did for me and our youngest. Oops! Then he said I forgot to unlock the car door and now we are locked out of the car again. He spend an hour trying to get into the car himself nope wasn’t working. So then he had to call and find a locksmith that wasn’t to expensive. $80 paid to a locksmith and another hour later we got into the car. Because of that he order a new fob ( which is a remote to unlock the car) since we don’t know when the places will get our new door handle it might come in handy for my husband in his sleepy Brian forget to unlock the other 3 doors to the car. This makes me miss my van even more.
