I had to drop off my phone to the apple care as it was stop responding. They promised to give a diagnosis report today. But when I called to ask the status they just gave me a annoying response saying due to lot of devices they have not checked my phone yet and will give report tomorrow. This is very annoying when some one just delay things with no reason. Wating for tomorrow to get a positive response. Have you ever experienced delayed in after sell service.

The same problem when my cellphone stopped working!! They troubleshoot the problem after three months now it's working!! Hope yours doesn't take that long!!
