I just reviewed Child of Light: A Biography of Robert Stone and I must say I was impressed with this biography and the in-depth details. The biography is well researched and written in an objective matter. Robert Stone is likely the only Post War Novelist to be compares favorably to Ernest Hemingway , Graham Greene and Joseph Conrad . I was up late reading this book, discovering Robert Stone, his trials and his triumphs. I learned of his early years, and his single Mother’s battle with Schizophrenia.
