Has your phone ever cracked so badly on the screen?

I should admit that I have very clumsy hands and I tend to drop my phone many times. Thank God there is screen protector this days that is affordable and so I can change it every now and the. Last year, I had not put a screen protector on my phone. It fell many times and the screen was so cracked. It was a Sony xperia but my boyfriend started calling it xperia spider
. This days, I don't have to worry about it as I have a screen protector, but I am learning to be more careful not to drop it alot.

Most next generation of smart phones would be using gorilla glass or a similar glass that would make tempered glass protectors obsolete.
