Hat and glove season

Today my older two kids this morning had to go to school with there winter hats and gloves on. Yeah it was pretty cold this morning. I made sure they put on there heavy jackets. I know my middle one can be stubborn sometimes but he listed this time. My threats of you will freeze that tushy off if you don’t and don’t come crying to me. This is to what is to come when the winter storms start to hit.

We don't have winter here in the Philippines but what I've heard, yes, snow can be beautiful but it can also be harmful.

It can be. It’s only dangerous is you try to drive in it and don’t know how or stay out in the store or something. Love the snow. No snow right now just cold here and not every places in the IS gets snow.

I cannot imagine how cold it is there. We never have winter here and our lowest temperature gets to only 17C. That's why our house floors are made of tiles coz it's always hot in this country. But these days, it as been raining and the sun goes down as early as 5pm and the floor gets cold. I have to wear thick bedroom slippers to keep my feet warm coz I can't stand walking barefoot in the bedroom anymore.

We wear socks in the winter and I typically wear them in the summer to. I get cold easy.

I don’t see how the cold means I have to keep them safe. It’s just a cold more and they walking from the house to the school that less then a 5 minute walk and they could do it without hats and gloves but it would be recessed they would be cold out.
