Inner pain

Internal pain is a temporary thing.
It may take a minute, an hour, a day or a year, but eventually, it will go away.
But if you surrender, it will last forever.
Have you ever experienced such a big inner pain that looked it did not fit into your chest?

Yes, I have had stomach problems and eventually, it passed and came back and passed again.

Yes, I've had inner pain. I do my best to let it go. I don't want to hold onto it.
