Pardon me but that is BULL! Tell your body that when it gets up in the morning, walks up the stairs, 'runs', etc. You are NOT as old as you feel, age is NOT just a number, 60 is NOT the new 50, etc., etc.

@Nevena83 I am 83, living alone and love both!! Nothing to be afraid of except not waking up in the morning and worrying about it doesn't help or do a thing!
