How to be richer than Bill Gates?

You may be richer than Bill Gates. Don't you know that?
Last night I happened to watch a video on the interview of a billionaire tycoon Bill Gates as shared by my FB friend.
Bill Gates relayed that he had met a person who is richer than him. My curiosity has flared up. I attentively watched the video till the end.
He talked about his experience from a newspaper vendor who he met in the airport. While waiting for his flight, Bill wanted to read a newspaper but he got no loose change. The newspaper man gave it to him free. It's repeated in another time. The same Bill got no loose change. The old man gave it to him free.
Bill after 19 years became the rich man in the world. He searched for the newspaper vendor and he found him. He asked him if the man know him. The man said yes. He told him that he's rich. The man confirmed it.
Now Bill Gates realized that there's one who is richer than himself.
"People need to understand that the truly rich are those who possess a rich heart rather than lots of money," Bill Gates counseled.

@Nakitakona He helped here with the biggest public library in the city. I only know the children´s part because I went with my daughter and it is awesome!

Suddenly I wish I had paid more attention to all those computer languages and things at university and perhaps I could have started a computer program, It is wonderful that Gates is one of the rich who do not look down on everyone else, I agree that man became richer than him,
