Philippine college choirs have continually competed internationally, and most often than not, they would bring home the bacon - The Grand Prize. Thus, Filipino chorale conductors have found themselves teaching in different parts of the globe. It is actually one of the best feelings - to teach the world to sing, and harmonize. Music, being the language of angels, gives peace and unity. When you listen to these choirs, you feel we have already contributed. in song. to the betterment of the world.
Conducted by Mr Yong Chee Foon Voices II - Anderson Choir 12 April 2008 Victoria Concert Hall

Thank you, dear friend. The current state of the world is so depressing, and we do try our very best to counter it with positivity by bringing music to the peoples of the world. I know you understand because your people are artists, too. Filipinos love to sing and we belt out our songs instead of engaging in battles.

@eileenleyva India has a lot of unique art styles and so is it's music so vast and varied. But sadly things are getting lost in Globalization. But glad there are people and organizations who are keeping the rich heritage alive and we are such music lovers who appreciate the music that comes from our soil.

@arunima25 I know. India is so beautiful a country with distinctive art and culture, a reason the Europeans wanted to reach and colonize your country. Aside from spices, I guess. Here's history - the Spaniards thought they have reached India when they landed on our shores. They called us Indios.

It's nice to hear harmony in a world where there is such strife.

That is the most positive and wonderful statement I have read as of late. Here's a male choir singing a Filipino novelty song composed by our own Ryan Cayabyab.
We think this is the best song ever on coconuts. 75 members of the Baylor University Men's Choir recently flew with us and treated our crew to a delightful o...

Such disillusionment is difficult to resolve. Only you can help your self see a brighter perspective in life. Make it happen. You are here in mylot, and for sure, you understand that in life, there are good things and there are bad, and it's your choice, on your own free will, to lean on which one you'd like to trek.
