What's on the menu for Thanksgiving?

Thanksgiving is upon us. I'm already thinking about cooking a turkey and other dishes. I've learned over the years to pace myself and prep ahead of time to avoid stress. How do you avoid Thanksgiving stress?

I will be at work but personally I have never hosted a Thanksgiving meal. In the past my family has all pitched in potluck style to ease the stress off one person.

By not being the main cooker / contributor. I am going to two different meals. One is with family and I am probably going to make my grandmother's dressing and possibly a dessert. The other is at a friend's house and I am going to make a dessert and a cheeseball.

We are doling out Thanksgiving duties. We are having 15 people for Thanksgiving this year so everybody is bring a couple of items for dinner or dessert. We are making the turkey and ham, homemade mac and cheese, sweet potato soufflé, stuffing, and gravies.
