The first fatalities involved in the Hoover Dam were J.G. Tierney and Harold Connely who were conducting geological surveys. They fell into the river and drowned.
Connely died in May of '21, and Tierney in December of '22.
13 years later, to the day, Patrick Tierney would fall and die as a result of it.. Patrick was the son of J.G. Tierney.
Patrick Tierney was in a intake tower when he slipped and fell.
His father, J.G. Tierney was taken by the Colorado river after slipping.

@thislittlepennyearns I've seen videos of it.
The ex bf had talked to me about all these places he "might take me if I am good." (that pissed me off, by the way) and I think that was one of them.
Actually, shortly before we broke up, he went to Indiana (He told me he'd take me there but then simply didn't follow through on it).
