Oh my gosh this had to have been one of the best tortas I have had !
When I was in Houston before I went to a concert I had to get some food in my tummy , Mexican food was on our mind so we went to this cute little restaurant
I got al pastor meat and it also has lettuce and crema
Have you tried a torta before ?
What meat do you put in it? What meat would you put in it ?
Would you try it if you haven’t ?

In Mindanao when we say torta its actually a cake made of flour, eggs, milk, sugar, butter and oil. In my father's place in Luzon it's ground pork with tomatoes, potatoes, green peas, raisin, eggs and lemon.

Torta for us is the omelet. But I've heard of the Mexican torta from my cousin in California. However, I don't remember if I had tasted it already like the burrito and some other Mexican food.

Wow!!! I've never tried that food before. When I eat at Mexican food, I usually order burritos. That looks delectable. I better try it out.
