When I was about 8 and my brother was about 3, my Step-Dad came home one day with a tiny puppy. It was a golden Labrador and it was very small and cute. We called him Sandy. It was adorable for a while, and then it grew, (as dogs do!) It started pulling my brothers socks right off his feet and David would be sitting there with one sock on and one sock off going Noooo! Then Sandy began to chew through the chair legs and the cross bars on the chairs. He would also chase my school friends round the kitchen table! Eventually he got too big and boisterous and we only had a small back yard which wasn't big enough for him to run around in, so we sold him to a nice couple who owned a farm. Then he had lots of room to run around in and let off steam.

I love how you cared for the welfare of the dog. I bet he had a great time running around the spacious area.

Thank you very much. Yes, it was much better for him on the farm.
