Some one got hit and run

While I was having lunch in the fast food chain, there was a commotion and some of staff went out.
Then we learned one of their delivery guys was hit by a Van and got away with it. Probably done it in front of the police station.
Not sure why those cops had to do traffic when they should continue investigating the case.
Before I left, the guy was still on ground hurting.
I hope that driver is found and arrested there's a CCTV nearby.

Oh that is horrible that he was a victime of hit and run accident. I think that those cops are not well equipped to continue the investigation and there are other department to tackle such situation. I think they opted to manage traffic because that is what is their job to let the traffic flow as smooth as possible. I just hope that the proper police investigators would come and investigate so that the victim can be given the proper medical help as well.

Sadly this accidents happen when there are less enforcers visible in the area to manage traffic and also the flow of people moving around.

They were supposed to be traffic enforcers over there @rsa101 but sadly they were not there that afternoon.

It appears hit and run cases are increasing all over the world. Worst scenario is that they leave the injured to die to save their skin.It is so common here in India also. Police department has to work harder to find such defaulters and book them to book so that others can learn.

That is sad.. Road accidents kill and hurt so many every day but still people can't stop being reckless. They fail to understand the importance of safety rules.

A hint and run can is really terrible but I hope the cctv would show then plate number of the vehicle. It's the easiest way to track down the assailant.
