Sleep is important ??

Sleep is really need for the human body . I`m usually sleep only 4-5 hours usually . With my work and to do all the stuffs sleep time is less for me . For me don`t have time to sleep in the daytime . how about you?? do you have time to sleep at day time ?? How many hours usually sleep ?? do you feel sleep is important ??

Sleep is very, very important. It heals and rejuvenates the body and keeps us younger looking. I sleep between 7-8 hours every night.

You can not survive without sleep. The body needs it to recuperate.
