Windows 10 / myLot

I finally took the plunge and ordered Windows 10 for my computer. As you probably know, Microsoft will discontinue supporting anything but Windows 10 after January 1, 2010. I had Windows 7 on my laptop. I bit the bullet and paid the $140+ and began to download the new software. I'm sure I've helped Bill Gates keep his #2 status as the 2nd wealthiest man in the world. It took quite a long time to download. So far, I don't foresee any problems with my other software. We shall see. I am able to get into my Office software without a problem. Thanks goodness because it's an old version. Sooooo, other than maybe not being able to play all my video games, I think the transition went smoothly. Update: My audio is not working; and I can't find the volume control. :-( Update to the Update: I did a troubleshooting; and now I have proper volume and a volume control! Phew! I fixed the audio problem. So far 10 seems to be OK. No real problems. We'll have to see how many of my programs are obsolete. I already know that I can't run my Printshop program. :-(

@andriaperry Yeah, it's too old; but my Office suite runs OK. There will be some video games that are too old for 10 as well. I'll have to find a new Printshop-type program because that's what I use to print out my photos on photo sheets. Maybe I'll ask the gang what I should get. It would have been cheaper to get a new computer!!!
