The Wise Listens and Acts, The Fool Does Not.

When you hear God's Voice, listen and act.
Such is the lesson of the Gospel today. Matthew 7: 21, 24-27
Our Lord Jesus clarifies that not all who call Him "Lord, Lord" can enter the Kingdom of Heaven. Only those who listen and act. Those who heed not will not enter the gates of Heaven, even if they call "Lord, Lord."
For foolish are those who hear and do nothing, when the winds and the rains come, they will be swept with their houses built on sand.
Wise are those who heard and built their houses on a rock, they will endure.
Is it difficult to yield? Yes, of course. But Abraham did, and he became the father of all nations. Noah did, and he saved his family and the animals. A teen girl called Mary did, and She became the Mother of God.
Remember, when you hear God's Voice - Act!

We should listen to our inner voice and that always guides us to the right path. That is God's voice. But sadly we tend to overlook it at times because the right path to follow might seem challenging.

That is true. The right path is very challenging. Full of lashes and downfalls, I suppose. A suffering.
One day, though, we could exchange the cross for a crown.
