The Pine view nursery has amazing insectivorous plants in Kalimpong.

Kalimpong, the hill station is famous for orchids and insectivorous plants. The Pine View nursery is a famous place. There are even those orchids and pitcher plants like nepenthes khaziana which kills frogs and insects.

The Pine View nursery is a very good looking place. It reminds of some of the nurseries in the New Orleans area which are good looking places.

@sathviksouvik Not that I know of. The nurseries that I went to had mostly plants but not carnivorous.

Thanks Jayaji some of the orchids are very dangerous and are kept in closed shades. They can injure a lot of animals. There is an carnivorous plant called septopus which injured a dog.

I agree about killing the insects but why kill the frogs

Thanks Rasma, actually the plants are carnivorous like pitcher plant. Whichever small living being climbs up the lid of the plant closes and it kills the animal.
