I think this dinner looks pretty good in my book. My 4.5 year old wanted pumpkin spice gluten free waffles. So I heated up too, he also wanted to add some cool whip to it so I did and some strawberries which I also added for him. Yum yum! Breakfast for dinner is always good to have when you don’t know what to make.

@Hannihar not always gluten products tend to be less filling less high protein then foods with flours

I always love breakfast for dinner. I'm thinking about buying a new waffle iron so I can make waffles at home all the time. I want to find one that can make the big fluffy waffles like they serve at Disney World.

Never had the Waffles at Disney.23 had an Olf one for a while but got ride of it just before the little guy went gluten free. I don’t keep an iron any more because if cross so I buy them frozen and heat them.
