Definetly Bread. The more wholesome the better. You know like Rye or whole wheat, or with oats. Bread no doubt.

umm... bread or rice? actually it depends where ur from and what culture ur born with. for me since im asian i prefer RICE.

I prefer bread. I eat bread of some kind with most of my meals. I do not eat rice very often.
