In November of 2018 my son called me while I was watching 2 of his children to tell me that they had over the weekend watching this movie that is a Netflix original called "Christmas Chronicles". And I was thinking OK, it's not going to be that great. Put on the Netflix channel and found the movie, we watched it. And it is a really good movie! Kurt Russell played Santa Claus and during some of the movie he sang Elvis songs! Which I thought was pretty cool because in 1979 a made for TV "Elvis" Kurt portrayed Elvis. But then I found out, (didn't realize that was Kurt) , in 1963 he was the little boy that Elvis paid to kick him in the chin in "It Happened at the Worlds Fair" and he was a voice actor as a young Elvis in "Forrest Gump". In 2001 he portrayed an Elvis impersonator in "3000 miles to Graceland" Then I find out that in the "Christmas Chronicles" the man that was Doug (the deceased father) was Oliver Hudson who will also be in number 2. Oliver is Kurt's signifigant other Goldie Hawn's son! And in the movie the children's names on Santa's list was their grandkids names, And the boy that asked Santa for a skateboard was Kurt Russell's grandson. And Goldie was Mrs Claus! If an excited for number 2 to come out next year!
