True, as an atheist, I don't celebrate, but I am here to tell you that Jesus is the Reason for the Season, and if you aren't paying attention to Linus at the end of Merry Christmas, Charlie Brown!, you're doing it wrong. So I'm keeping you focused with a 17-song countdown of decidedly non-Jesus-ey, non-Christmas-ey tunes with "Jesus" in the title. We are at #14: "My Head Hurts My Feet Stink and I don't Love Jesus" by Jimmy Buffett. Because nothing screams "Christmas Cheer" like a world-class hangover! But hey, if anyone can be forgiven, it would be Jimmy Buffett. "My Head Hurts My Feet Stink and I don't Love Jesus" is the second track from Buffett's 1976 album (his sixth) Havana Daydreamin'. Probably written after a heroic visit to Margaritaville (face it, the guy couldn't even bother using comma's in the title after tying one on the previous evening,) "My Head Hurts My Feet Stink and I don't Love Jesus" pretty much the way a hell of a lot of us have felt more times than we care to admit (I, on the other hand, freely admit it. As they said in Modern Drunkard Magazine, embrace your hangovers. If it were easy, everyone would be doing it!)
