Barry Manilow was born in 1943 and is an American singer, songwriter, musician, composer, arranger and producer. He has been active in the music industry since 1964. He has had an amazing 46 Top 40 singles and has had many multi-platinum albums. Manilow produces and arranges his own and other artists' albums. He has written and performed songs for musicals, movies and commercials. One of his well known commercial jingles is "Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there".
