Clark Osborn who is the police chief of the Suffern Police Department in New York is one public servant who has worked as a Drug Awareness Resistance Education officer at the RP Connor Elementary School has found a way to show his desire to assist families who have a hard time paying off school debt lunches in New York State.
The officers who are employed At The Suffern Police Department through their DARE program have paid the school debt of $1,500 dollars to pay off the debt of the school that Osborn has a soft heart for due to his connections to the school.
Osborn is hoping that be the Suffern Police paying off the school lunch debt at Connor Elementary, it will kick off the Be Kind movement to inspire others to follow his example of paying off school lunch debts of schools around the region as well as around the world.
The DARE program believes by paying off the school lunch debt at one school, the donations from the public to the DARE program will be able to continue paying off school lunch debts of other schools since they believe that the followers will do their part to "Pay It Forward" to assist all persons in need.

@LindaOHio I have no idea since I do not have children of my own who attend school outside of my nephew who goes to high school.

It's interesting program that should be followed by others. Who runs the DARE program?

The Los Angeles Police and the Los Angeles United School District run the program since they founded the program that has not really worked to stop crimes in the U S.

My hat is off to the police in New York to pay off debts of the school lunches at one of the elementary schools in the area.
