Computer/Printer Update - Is The Computer Fixed?

I got on the phone with Dell Support; and he remotely checked my computer and said the hardware was OK. He downloaded some drivers and said that could be the problem. Hopefully this will solve the video problem. Keep your fingers crossed.
My printer just arrived; and I will be setting that up some time within the next few days.

@ScotMac I was about ready to. I had to call Dell about my computer. I kept having video issues. After 2 attempts they finally downloaded all the drivers and firmware that I needed to fix the problem.

So far (knock on wood) the video problem appears to be solved.
