I need ideas for our Company Annual Get Together

Hey friends,
I am organizing an Annual Get Together for our company this Saturday. Our Managing Director wants the agenda to be very simple and to include only the following:
1. Presentation of the company vision, mission, and values by our Managing Director
2. Main highlights of the year by our Project Manager
3. Lunch
As an HR Manager, I have been thinking of several ideas including games and awards but as our Managing Director wants it to remain simple, I need some ideas about what I can slot into the agenda to make the event more lively and fun.
Please help me with some feasible and simple ideas with low or no cost.

Sounds like a lot of thinking there.
I think you need to have a venue, followed by some props to use.
Do you have someone with you who can help you there?
You mentioned you are HR Manager for sure you have people there who can think for you. Just give then the agenda.

The venue is already finalised. I have a team but I wanted ideas from people external to the company.

@excellence7 For sure you have a lot of people who have a lot of ideas, open up to them. It is far better than asking someone online.
