My cat seems depressed and he is very sleepy after vaccination

I wonder if this is normal. Yesterday my cat had 4 vaccinations. And today he was upset, depressed and sleepy. He doesn't care about anything and he seems sick. But he ate and drank water. Is this a side effect? He also vomited. I know that many people here have cats and they know if their cats were sick after vaccinations. He hides from everyone and he sits under my table. He refuses to leave that chair.

I am shocked that the vet game him 4 vaccinations at the same time @dya80dya . He's probably having a reaction to the combination of meds. That would be like if you went to the doc and they gave you: a flu vaccine, measles vaccine, pneumonia vaccine and a shingles vaccine. You would be sick, sore, tired, etc. I would definitely call the vet.

@dya80dya Yes, but we do not keep cats in the house here, they are free outside, so we are always aware that they can be attacked by a pasture, human or hit by a car.

I think it is normal for the pet to not feel good after the shot. Our dogs are always like that so we take extra care like petting them for comfort.

@dya80dya Did you ask the vet about it? When I have questions I ask the vet. Sophie is put out when she gets her shots and she came around this time very quick. She is a little groggy for a bit and then back to her old self again.
