The back pain came back ..

I think that the fatigue is reflected in the back today it has been hurting a lot, apart from I have lifted weight and that affects me I think that in order to continue with the things of this month I will have to inject Betamethasone they recommended it to me. Do you know friends have used it?

Not familiar with that, last night I have back pain and I only ask the boyfriend to rub my back.
