A Perfect Gig For Me?

I read about a "job" where you can basically be paid for your time to show people around if they are new to your area, or just to hang out and be a companion for elderly or disabled people.
I would love that, in fact I think it'd be my perfect gig.
Reason? because it's social, helpful, and would bring in income as well.
The reason I put the word job in quotations is because it's definitely not a traditional job, and it certainly wouldn't feel like a job to me.

You might want to contact the Council on Aging or one of the Senior Centers to get some direction.

@jnrdutton And for making Company elders, in Croatia you can send apply to local state and ask them if they need such employers. We have special people who goes to older people which live alone and don't have anybody to help them clean and talk with them.
