Scientists have proposed a way to capture CO2 and convert it from a gas to a liquid. The converted liquid would be stored in an onboard capsule .
This liquid CO2 would then be delivered to a service station, where it is turned into conventional fuel using renewable energy.
This promises to cut the emissions by 90%.
