Job Done and It’s Working

I switched to postpaid plan because I’m tired with my prepaid especially during night time when suddenly your line will be cut because your subscription expired and you cannot reload. But, I do want to throw away my old SIM(Subscription Identity Module) card and I want to retain it but when I got the phone, the SIM card size is outdated and it cannot be inserted to the slot of the new generation phones although it’s already a micro SIM. It can be resized but I need to pay 6 dollars at their customer service section. Nope I won’t! I believe the cost is excessive. I was given a new number instead. Nowadays, SIM cards are very small. They call it Nano SIM. Since I do not want to throw away my old SIM, I cut it by myself to fit the SIM slot of my new phone because the phone is capable of dual SIM. People who have my old number can still contact me through that because it’s working fine. I have now 2 numbers the postpaid and the prepaid. Had I agreed to have the job done at the network service center, certainly I’ve lost 6 dollars for a job that did not last for 5 minutes.

That is one reason why I didn't shift to a new phone. The SIM card is different.

$6 is too much just to get the compatible sim card.
