My steaming biryani.

Yes I cooked biryani for lunch a rice dish with chicken.Chicken spicy gravy on the bed of rice layered is perfect treat for spice lovers. I just cooked it layered it with chicken gravy and now I am steaming the dish.. It will be served when its steaming hot and served with cummin curd(raita).

My favorite biryani is the lamb biryani that I had tasted in Hongkong. Every time we go to Hongkong, it's a tradition to eat lamb biryani.
