I want to write a bit of an overview of this but without giving too much away. I know of one other lotter that expressed interest in reading this. What I will say is that there one scene that might be considered a trigger to some and I'll leave it at that. I will also say that I liked the style. One of the characters narrated her own story, telling us all about her life. The story was relevant to the main plot of the book that we learned at the beginning. It was overall a good book and I was glad the way it ended. I will leave it at that as well, because I don't want to give anything away. I borrowed this e-book from the library, but I do own a book by this author and think I may try to find others. How is your night? What are you reading, watching, listening to, consuming?

Ah, I only really watch that when it's the Super Bowl. Did the team you were rooting for win?

@Michellekidwell I used to do that with my niece and nephew, have them watch shows that I grew up with. They started to like the shows that I used to watch all the time when I was their age. It was nice when they'd come over and ask to watch them.

I read a book about panic attacks. I need to learn to stop them.

Have you heard of the 5 senses method? You focus on things you can see, things you can feel, things you can hear and things you can smell. You try to relax your breathing. I have done it before and it works for me, but not always right away.
