few weeks ago my friend asked me to be the godmother at her wedding and of course, i accepted it.
but last week there was a lot things going on at my University and there were many changes that i thought that i won't make it home for holidays and my friend's wedding.
in the end - i'm here, at home, happy because of that and super nervous because of this day
i bought newly-weds some presents and i hope they're going to like them. what's the tradition in your country?
this is only a marriage made at a municipal registrar's office, the one in the church is going to be in August next year.
i have 3 more hours until the wedding
wish me luck

grandmother at this wedding is supposed to be a witness at the wedding in the municipality and to leave a signature on the paper. then it's tradition to buy gifts for the newly-weds and to be with them and never forget them. and i've been with them since they started dating back in 2013 and hopefully we'll stay good friends for a long time
