Delhi, the national capital of India is now cooler then many hill stations.
Drop in Delhi and NCR (neghbouring region) temperature made the region more chilling then popular tourism spots of summer. And dense fog has made hundreds of flights cancelled / delayed.
According to the wether report, this December, Delhi is experiencing its coldest days since 119 years. And well known thing is that, it is always January which is coolest month, this means more drop in temperature is expected.
So with so much chilling then hill station, only snowfall is missing.

Many areas in plains are becoming like hill stations except for snow. Rajasthan is getting 2degrees in night and I saw in TV that some cars got ice on their glasses in night. It's freezing the dew drops.

@yugocean Actually hill stations attract more tourists in winters as many wish to see snow.

@arunima25 There are plenty which have snowfall even during summer. Sikkim, Arunachal and Laddakh have much.
