Comforting Dogs this 2020

First of, I wanted to greet you all Happy New Year. It's 1 am here and couldn't sleep.
Out of four, I was only able to comfort three of them because the small one refused to go inside.
At home, as usual it's quiet we didn't prepare any sort of feast here.

Why did the doogs need comforting? Were there fireworks going off?
