Hello, all ! Well, I walked to the grocery store, did my shopping (a little more than I meant to--as I made the "mistake" of checking out the corner where outdated/discontinued items are 50% off and grabbing a couple of things from there). I didn't get everything on my list, I just realized, but I got a few things that weren't on my list, so... After I left the store, I heard someone call my name, and had to turn around and go back to see who it was. It turned out to be one of the pastor's sons, wife and two kids. I said hello, as they were just going into the grocery store, and headed for the bus stop. The bus I needed wasn't coming for about half an hour, but as I was sitting there I realized I'd forgotten to go to the Hallmark store (just around the corner from the grocery store in the same shopping center) to get a gift for someone I'm seeing tomorrow (an event I thought was happening today because I woke up thinking it was Saturday but it thankfully wasn't). So, now I'm home, I have 8,553 steps so far--and the day's not over ! Right now I need to go and get something for lunch, and then walk Angel.
