Have you ever tasted these unusual fruits? There are many tropical fruits that we consider as unusual fruits since they are so scarce and are not always available in supermarkets. So, you have to buy them at some ethnic supermarkets or groceries (they often carry those fruits but those fruits are not always available). Some unusual fruits that I have ever tasted are Durian and Rambutan. Durian is sweet, yellowish and soft inside but you should be careful when peeling and opening its fruit. Its outer is sharp like nails with greenish or yellowish colors. Some people said that they did not like its smell (it is like garbage). Rambutan fruit is white and sweet. Unlike Durian, you don't have to worry about peeling it because its red outer is just hairy. What kind of unusual fruits have you ever tasted?
