@TiarasOceanView That is true, but Rain Forest Cafes have been around for decades, and they are still extremely popular. It's very hard to get in one to eat at lunch or dinnertime. So maybe this particular trend has some lasting value.

That's pretty cool . . . this one kinda reminds me of being on the set of "Survivor"

. I wonder what foods they serve! We've been to "themed" eateries (but eek kinda pricey) but not like this one. I think of Rainforest Cafe where it's set up like a rain forest - jungle atmosphere with animal animatronics, sounds of rain and every 15 minutes or whatever there'd be "storm".

@TiarasOceanView We don't have a Rainforest Cafe locally, but I think some of the ones we have visited have already closed down. Usually pricey stuff for what it is. Wow, this menu actually sounds reasonable - I mean lots of items that are less than double digit

Very nice, I would love to try this restaurant. I am a 4 hour drive away from Denver so this will have to be a weekend or holiday get-away. Do we just search for "Forest Room restaurant", or does it go by a different business name?

Yes, I have been to the Rainforest Cafe a few times..That is an experience. The one they had in the DC area move on though.
